TUF Manager Lab Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 6 September 2026
These terms are between Thriving Under Fire Ltd (“TUF”, “we” or “us”) and the person who purchases or uses a TUF Manager Lab membership (“you” or “member”).
By subscribing to the TUF Manager Lab, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Your membership
The TUF Manager Lab is a monthly membership designed to provide practical leadership tools, support and a positive learning environment.
While your membership is active, it includes
Access to the TUF Manager Lab community on Skool.
Access to program resources and recordings.
Live group sessions and Q&A calls at the frequency advertised on the enrolment page.
Session dates, facilitators and content may occasionally change. We will give members reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
2. Payments and cancellation
Your membership fee is the amount shown when you enrol. It will be charged monthly in advance to your nominated payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through by emailing us at admin@tuf.co.nz Your membership and access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already made are not normally refunded simply because you change your mind.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under New Zealand law.
Your joining rate will continue for as long as your membership remains uninterrupted. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price will be the membership rate available at that time.
If we cannot process a payment, we may suspend access until you pay.
3. Confidentiality and respectful participation
Members may discuss sensitive workplace and personal situations during TUF Manager Lab activities. You agree not to share another member’s identity, experiences or confidential information outside the program.
You may discuss general ideas and your own learning in your own words, but you must not reproduce another member’s story or share program recordings.
When discussing workplace situations, please avoid using identifying information about employees, clients or other third parties.
You must not record live sessions yourself without permission from TUF and everyone involved.
4. Recordings and privacy
We will record live sessions and make them available to current TUF Manager Lab members, including those who did not attend the original session.
Your name, voice, image and comments may appear in a program recording if you participate in a recorded session.
We collect and use personal information to administer your membership, provide the program and communicate with you. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

5. Program materials
TUF owns, or has permission to use, the program resources, worksheets, slides, videos and recordings.
These materials are provided for your personal learning and workplace application. You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute or give other people access to them without our written permission.
6. Educational purpose
The TUF Manager Lab provides education and leadership development. It does not provide legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.
You are responsible for deciding how to apply what you learn to your own circumstances. We are not responsible for losses arising from your decisions or actions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Member conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment.
We may suspend or end a membership if a member seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, disrupts the group or negatively affects other members. Where appropriate, we will raise the concern with the member and give them an opportunity to address it first.
8. If TUF ends the program
We may reschedule or cancel individual sessions when reasonably necessary.
If TUF ends the TUF Manager Lab altogether, we will stop future subscription payments. If access ends before the end of a period you have already paid for, we will provide an appropriate refund or equivalent alternative.
9. Feedback and promotional use
We may use de-identified themes and general feedback to improve or describe the program.
We will not use your name, image, recording, identifiable story or testimonial for promotional purposes without asking for your separate permission. Giving or declining that permission will not affect your membership.
10. Resolving concerns
If you have a concern about your membership, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
11. The agreement
These terms, the enrolment page and our Privacy Policy together form the agreement between you and Thriving Under Fire Ltd concerning your TUF Manager Lab membership.

By selecting Subscribe, you agree to the TUF Manager Lab Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
