The Follow Up

What we provide by way of follow up for participants

• We provide participants with access to a “participants only” blog for a year after the course where they can continually update themselves with latest trends, hear what experiences others are having and receive ongoing coaching for situations they have to deal with.

• Each month for the following 12 months participants receive a reminder email and a link back to our website where they are presented with one topic from the course to revise and refresh.

• We offer evaluation of the programme at various levels. There is an immediate satisfaction survey. We provide written reports for you at the end of the series of workshops.

• We offer a variety of outcome and impact evaluations as an option should you wish to know the specific outcomes of the training.
