How TUF Works

We have developed the whole TUF: Thriving Under Fire programme to suit busy customer focused businesses. It was originally piloted in several bank branches and so evolved into the two short sessions. This has subsequently proven a useful formula for delivering the programme in many different settings.

We have an e-learning component which participants complete prior to coming to the workshop.  This introduces them to key concepts and prepares them for the active face-to-face learning in the group.

For larger organisations the programme delivery can also be tailored to specific situations.

The TUF: Follow-up on-line learning continues for 12 months after the workshop.
