- Control of time frames and logistics to suit your own needs and organisational constraints.

- Trainers stay motivated and appreciate their status within the organisation through accreditation which encourages and supports their personal and professional development.
Educational
- TUF is a quality New Zealand-developed programme, designed and adapted for local conditions to which all participants can relate.
- TUF has been developed from sound academic principles, which means that the learning experience and quality of outcomes is guaranteed to benefit all.
- The TUF programme gives clients self-sufficiency, providing them with total control over all aspects of the learning experience.
- The programme is suitable for all relationships, and staff can apply the knowledge learnt both to work and home situations. This gives added benefits to all participants as they improve their interpersonal skills.
What is a TUF License?
- The licence is a contractual agreement for large enterprises who wish to run the TUF programme within their own organisation
- Licensees deliver the TUF programme on a formalised royalty basis within the organisation, with times and logistics to suit them without the need to use external TUF consultants for programme delivery.
- The licensee has full use of the TUF intellectual property which has been developed over many years. Furthermore, they have access to ongoing future programme developments.
- The licensee has access to all participant and trainer materials, including access to the TUF website, for pre-course e-learning and 12 post-course follow-up learning modules and the book Thriving Under Fire: turn difficult customers into business success .
- Selected facilitators from the licensee’s organisation undertake a formalised accreditation programme and commit to ongoing mentoring, moderation and evaluation. At any stage, suitably qualified and experienced staff members can be accredited as additional trainers.
- TUF provides suitable and timely mentoring and coaching on an ongoing basis to those people who are accredited to run the TUF programme. As and when new enhancements are made to the programme, licensees have full access to future developments as they become available.
- The TUF licence model gives each client self-sufficiency in their delivery of the programme with no imposition on the logistical challenges which face each organisation as they plan to roll out training for their internal groups.
