Colin's career spans over 20 years in the not-for-profit-sector as a Trainer, Supervisor, Consultant and Manager.    He is a qualified assessor for Te Kaiawhina Ahumahi the ITO for Social Services where he also gained invaluable mediation experience. 

Colin has extensive training in Sociodrama and excels at working with groups to develop innovative solutions.   He strongly believes in strengthening relationships through encouraging respect and positive reinforcements.
