TUF: Thriving Under Fire Workshop Facilitator

Simon is a good humoured individual who has an ability to strike up an immediate rapport with just about anyone.  He firmly believes that people who are having fun, and are more relaxed, will have a better learning experience than those under pressure or feeling anxious.  His ability to work effectively with groups was gained through many years of psychodrama training and working with a wide variety of groups.  Simon developed spontaneity in leading groups while working with Playback theatre audiences and workshop participants.
